weekly schedule for May 2012

The style I guide is a Vinyasa Flow, Movement through Breath. All sessions include Pranayama, Asana, and Meditation. My classes are for all levels — first time & beginners to experiences practices. It’s about beginning where you are and growing from there.

If you have an injury, yoga is a great way to repair and strengthen your body and mind. I give options for modifications as well as adjustments throughout the class.

No reservations needed, classes are ongoing, mats are available.

University of Utah

These classes will run from May 14th – June 20th, and again June 21st – Aug 8th.

Class is offered through the University of Utah as an elective class. Must register through the University of Utah—easiest way to find the class is to click on the link and then search for my last name, 'Vance'.
