What if I’m not flexible?
It’s about beginning where you are and growing from there.

What if I have an injury?
Yoga is a great way to repair and strengthen your body and mind. I give options for modifications as well as adjustments throughout the class.

What do I need to bring?
You can bring a yoga mat if you have one, Cottonwood Heights and Snowbird both have mats available to use at no charge. Both facilities also have yoga blocks and straps to assist if you want to use them. Be sure to bring water, you may want to bring a small hand towel and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move unrestricted (but with enough coverage that you aren't worried about exposing your goods to everyone).
